When the words have the power to hurt

Sometimes we did not realise if our words can simply hurt someone's feeling.
Yes I am exactly down there. I feel broke inside.
I'm at the most horrible place where you can find yourself very small and unworthy.
Just got my peri*d and yes it might be hormonal.

I thank You Lord for still counting me worthy. Please give me back my spirit and provide me with assurance and hope.
Lord, I trust in You :) Amen.
