Pumpkin Beans and Brownie Salad













Butternut pumpkin
Brown rice
Red Kidney Beans, drained, rinsed
Frozen veggies (corn,peas,carrots)
1/4 onion (chopped)
Dash of black pepper
25gr sundried tomatoes

1. Roast pumpkin for 20 minutes/until it is tender.
2. Combine pumpkin, veggies, brown rice, and beans together. Serve :)
